G	Gabriele Salemme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordiniamo 2 birre rosse alla spina, ma arrivano due bionde. Lo facciamo notare e ci vengono portate le due rosse. Assaggiamo le birre, entrambi avvertiamo un sapore strano, le assaggiamo nuovamente... e nulla, la birra è evidentemente scaduta, siamo costretti a rimandarla indietro. Le bionde alla spina che ci vengono portate in sostituzione però hanno un sapore molto attenuato. Ordiniamo quindi un antipasto caldo, che non arriverà mai. Ordiniamo due pizze, entrambe con bufala, una con mortadella. Dopo una quindicina di minuti ci viene comunicato che (alle 21:30) sia la bufala che la mortadella sono finite. Non sarebbe una tragedia per noi, però la persona non solo non si scusa, ma si rivolge in modo brusco, e non ci porta i menù. Chiediamo i menù. Scegliamo le pizze. La parmigiana arriva con il "cornicione" completamente bruciato. Peccato, perchè il sapore è discreto. Infine chiediamo il conto, che arriva dopo circa mezz'ora, e, incredibilmente, include l'antipasto caldo, che non è mai arrivato, smarrito chissà dove. Lo facciamo notare, e, con un sorriso (finalmente), ci viene detratto l'importo. La pizzeria era frequentata, ma non estremamente affollata. Una (piacevolissima) serata di tango di fine agosto ci ha portato a cenare alla Cirba, ma non abbiamo capito come mai siamo stati così sfortunati con il servizio. Onestamente, tango o non tango, non ritenteremo la fortuna. We order 2 draft red beers, but two blondes arrive. We point this out and the two reds are brought to us. We taste the beers, we both feel a strange taste, we taste them again ... and nothing, the beer has obviously expired, we are forced to send it back. The blondes on tap that are brought to us as a replacement however have a very subdued flavor. We then order a hot appetizer, which will never arrive. We order two pizzas, both with buffalo, one with mortadella. After about fifteen minutes we are informed that (at 9:30 pm) both the buffalo and the mortadella are finished. It wouldn't be a tragedy for us, but the person not only doesn't apologize, but turns abruptly, and doesn't bring us menus. We ask for menus. We choose the pizzas. The parmigiana arrives with the "cornice" completely burned. Too bad, because the flavor is discreet. Finally we ask for the bill, which arrives after about half an hour, and, incredibly, includes the hot appetizer, which never arrived, lost somewhere. We point this out, and, with a smile (finally), the amount is deducted. The pizzeria was busy but not extremely crowded. A (very pleasant) evening of tango at the end of August led us to have dinner at Cirba, but we didn't understand why we were so unlucky with the service. Honestly, tango or no tango, we won't try our luck again.
