Ho comprato due lampadine per il forno , andati tutte e due dopo 5 minuti (sopportavano temperature fino a 800 gradi). Ho comprato due tubi flessibili e all'interno avevano due guarnizioni che non avevano lo stesso diametro del tubo ; morale della favola perdevano tutti e due Poor goods at very high prices. I bought a "disposable" lawnmower, I only used it once; then I threw it away (120 euros lost). I bought two bulbs for the oven, both of them gone after 5 minutes (they could withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees). I bought two hoses and inside they had two gaskets that didn't have the same diameter as the hose; moral of the story they both lost

Quando ho chiesto il trasferimento da altro negozio di materiale mi hanno inizialmente risposto positivamente ma in seguito non hanno fatto quanto promesso Definitely to be avoided. Capisco bene che il personale sia molto tirato e debba fare mille cose assieme e questo è già di base stressante. Ci vorrebbe un po più di aiuto verso il cliente , purtroppo non tutti siamo bravi nel fai da te e quando chiediamo qualcosa significa davvero che siamo in difficoltà. Mi metto in auto, raggiungo il negozio dopo 15 20 minuti chiedo del multistrato e mi rispondono che hanno solo quello da 15 mm. Peccato, poca attenzione. Hanno perso un cliente.
