Dovevo rottamare il mio Kangoo fermo da anni e con pochissima spesa ( oltre a quelle obbligatorie per la cancellazione dal P.R.A. ) mi hanno inviato il carroattrezzi, per il trasporto alla demolizione, il giorno seguente.... Sono davvero molto contento ( pur non conoscendoli ) di essermi rivolto a loro per risolvere il mio problema e non mancherò di farlo in seguito.... Besides being honest and quick in services, they are very kind ... I had to scrap my Kangoo stationary for years and with very little expense (in addition to those required for cancellation from P.R.A.) they sent me the wrecker, for transport to demolition, the following day .... I am really very happy (though not knowing them) to have addressed them to solve my problem and I will not fail to do so later ....

C	Celeste Blu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata mesi fa per tagliando.. li per li sembrava tutto apposto,personale gentilissimo, dopo una sett portata d nuovo per altri problemi subentrati dopo.. alla terza volta sono andata da un meccanico di fiducia per uno strano rumore e mi ha detto che dove avevo fatto tagliando mi avevano montato male i freni!!! tipo al contrario! Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò mai piu. Taken months ago for service .. them by them it seemed all right, very kind staff, after a week brought again for other problems that occurred later .. the third time I went to a trusted mechanic for a strange noise and he told me where I had done cutting I had badly mounted the brakes !!! kind of backwards! I'm sorry but I will never go back.

L	Lisa Fognani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingorgo stradale per Calambrone, si buca una ruota (taglio di 2/3 cm) ed è domenica mattina. Cerco su Google e trovo questo centro ricambi. Il signor Marzio risponde subito e incredibilmente riesce ad assicurarmi di portarmi nel giro di un'ora sia una ruota di scorta ( che non avevo) sia una ruota simile a quelle della mia Panda. Come mi aveva annunciato infatti, arriva con tutto il necessario e ci cambia la ruota . Servizio ottimo e prezzo davvero onesto. Nel frattempo avevo chiamato altri soccorsi stradali che non potevano fare altro che portar via la macchina e riparare ruota il giorno dopo. Marzio ci ha risolto la giornata e siamo tornati a Firenze in serata senza alcun problema. Gentilezza, disponibilità e onestà. Lo consiglio davvero! Grazie ancora. Lisa. Traffic jam for Calambrone, a wheel is punctured (2/3 cm cut) and it's Sunday morning. I google and find this parts center. Mr. Marzio replies immediately and incredibly manages to make sure I have both a spare wheel (which I did not have) and a wheel similar to those of my Panda within an hour. In fact, as he announced to me, it comes with everything you need and changes the wheel. Great service and really fair price. In the meantime, I had called other roadside assistance who could not do anything but take the car away and repair the wheel the next day. Marzio solved the day for us and we returned to Florence in the evening without any problems. Kindness, availability and honesty. I really recommend it! Thanks again. Lisa.

Probabilmente qualcosa è peggiorato in un anno!vado per chiedere un preventivo...mi si presenta un personaggio che scatta foto sulla mia auto dei pezzi da me richiesti e dopo avergli dato il mio recapito telefonico mi dice che sarei stato contattato entro 2 giorni!!ne sono passati 6 e nemmeno un cenno...pessimo non andrò mai più! ..... Probably something got worse in a year! I go to ask for a quote ... I am presented with a character who takes pictures on my car of the parts I requested and after giving him my telephone number he tells me that I would be contacted within 2 days! ! it's been 6 and not even a hint ... bad I'll never go again!
A	Antonella Pinna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ancora concludere, ma per essere un primo approccio al cliente, devo sottolineare la professionalità e la gentilezza del ragazzo che, prima mi ha parlato al telefono, poi mi ha fatto andare sul posto, per fare un sopralluogo ed ordinare lo specchietto da sostituire. Spero che la conclusione di tutto sia professionale come il primo impatto! Vi farò sapere!! Comunque lo consiglio I have yet to conclude, but to be a first approach to the customer, I must emphasize the professionalism and kindness of the guy who first spoke to me on the phone, then made me go there, to do an inspection and order the mirror to be replaced. I hope that the conclusion of everything is as professional as the first impact! I'll let you know!! However I recommend it
