★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.....FANTASTICI...dal preventivo, alle modalità di pagamento (massima disponibilità) al trasporto puntuale e soprattutto al PRODOTTO che dal vivo è uno SPETTACOLO. L'Italia è fatta da piccole medio imprese. Questa è una delle poche che segue il cliente dal primo contatto alla consulenza post vendita. Spero che possa espandersi sempre di piu' sui mercati. Io ho scoperto per caso ed oserei dire "viva a DIO" i signor Cioffi; devo dire che l'azienda oltre ad avere prodotti di pregio è "avanti" nella conduzione d'impresa. Cordiali, efficienti e soprattutto vicini al cliente. C'è chi vivacchia sul mercato e chi è destinato a DURARE. Viva Cioffi, viva la Puglia. Firmato: un napoletano per bene!

Ho ordinato il materiale e, dopo l'ordine, ho avuto più contatti con Serena della ditta Cioffi, concreta e professionale, che mi ha seguito fino al ricevimento delle pietre. Mi ha tenuto aggiornato via whatsapp della spedizione e dell'arrivo corretto. Con lo spedizioniere nessun problema, un pancale di circa 9 q.li scaricato in un posto scomodo aiutandosi. Il prodotto è quello che ho visto e che abbiamo concordato con Serena. Sono molto soddisfatto!

Nello specifico, abito in zona pre montana a 800 km dall'azienda fornitrice e la strada di accesso per la consegna non consente il traffico ai mezzi pesanti. Questo comunque non è stato di ostacolo ed è stata trovata una valida alternativa che ha permesso la consegna. Consigliato.
