Fatto il recesso della manutenzione fanno pagare le penali , in quanto con una revisione scaduta nel 2020 e un preventivo della revisione che superava di molto il prezzo di acquisto di un nuovo estintore. Richiedo più volte di parlare con un responsabile nel 2020 al commerciale che ogni tanto veniva e nel 2021 alla segretaria per rivedere il contratto in quanto il tecnico intervenuto a luglio 2020 aveva verificato che la revisione era scaduta ed è intervenuto successivamente a Gennaio 2021 per rilevare la stessa situazione. Eseguito il recesso a maggio del contratto e mi viene emessa fattura fine maggio (addebito penale per recesso contratto), verso Giugno viene il commerciale per rivedere il contratto spiegano che sono i migliori sul mercato. Verso metà luglio mi viene fatto il sollecito del pagamento e successivamente riesco a parlare con il responsabile e ci comunica che la procedura è questa.
