★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti della pasticceria sono sicuramente di qualità, ma è già la seconda volta che ordino una torta di compleanno e al momento del ritiro trovo tutt'altro. Certi errori non sono ammissibili e mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più che delle semplici scuse.
The pastry products are certainly of quality, but it is already the second time I order a birthday cake and when I collect it I find something else. Some mistakes are not admissible and I would have expected more than just an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasticceria è bella, personale cordiale ma poco attento alle esigenze del cliente, ho chiesto un sacchetto per l’asporto e mi è arrivato dopo mezz’ora solo perché ho richiamato la cameriera. Il tavolo era pulito ma i tovaglioli sul tavolo, sporchi…forse da cambiare. Vasto assortimento di prodotti, ho provato il Cornetto alla crema, buono ma è più una brioche. La crema non sa di molto, magari un po’ di vaniglia sarebbe stata apprezzata. Prezzi nella media. Onestamente non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei…
The pastry shop is nice, friendly staff but not very attentive to the customer's needs, I asked for a bag for take-out and it arrived after half an hour only because I called the waitress back. The table was clean but the napkins on the table, dirty… maybe to change. Wide range of products, I tried the Cornetto alla crema, good but it's more like a brioche. The cream doesn't taste much, maybe a little vanilla would have been appreciated. Average prices. I honestly wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it ...
