L	Luca Ponticelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vero che siamo ad agosto e che la situazione Covid ha reso il tutto più complicato, ma non è accettabile che dopo aver chiamato 3 volte (1 a giugno e 2 ad inizio agosto) per confermare la prenotazione di due lettini ed un ombrellone, una volta sul posto ci viene detto che non c’è più disponibilità e che dovevamo presentarci prestissimo in spiaggia (la prenotazione allora a cosa serve?) Oltretutto ci è stato detto che il giorno prima siamo stati contattati telefonicamente senza nessuna risposta, ma non abbiamo ricevuto assolutamente nulla. Peccato, bastava dirlo sin dall’inizio, senza essere sgarbati, che la prenotazione non era garanzia di posto assicurato oltre un certo orario (erano le 10:30) e che bisognava presentarsi per le 8:30-9:00, lo avremmo capito e ci saremmo regolati di conseguenza. Ci siamo affidati a loro perché abbiamo potuto prenotare online e pagare direttamene con PayPal (cosa davvero super apprezzata!). Il personale è stato davvero gentile e premuroso con noi visto che eravamo alle prime armi. Abbiamo noleggiato un gommone con un motore da 40cv (non abbiamo la patente nautica): era bellissimo, super spazioso e tutto per noi!? Alla consegna ci hanno accompagnato direttamente dal benzinaio per fare rifornimento. In un’intera giornata siamo riusciti a fare il giro dell’isola di Capri che da lì si raggiunge in circa 20 min e passare una stupenda giornata! My husband and I were looking for an inflatable boat to rent and we found 5MareService. We relied on them because we were able to book online and pay directly with PayPal (which is really super appreciated!). The staff was really nice and kind to us as we were just starting out. We rented a dinghy with a 40hp engine (we don't have a boat license): it was beautiful, super spacious and everything to ourselves! ? Upon delivery, they accompanied us directly to the gas station to refuel. In a whole day we were able to go around the island of Capri which can be reached from there in about 20 minutes and have a wonderful day!

Prezzi nella norma vista la bellezza del mare (acqua cristallina nonostante le barche) e del posto in generale. Anche il cibo acquistato è stato soddisfacente con un prezzo leggermente alto ma ci può stare. Un'ottima scelta anche per il rispetto delle norme anti covid con lettini ed ombrelloni distanziati. We were today my girlfriend and I for a few hours. Prices in the norm given the beauty of the sea (crystal clear water despite the boats) and of the place in general. The food purchased was also satisfactory with a slightly high price but it can fit. An excellent choice also for compliance with anti-covid rules with sun beds and umbrellas spaced apart.

La ragazza è stata disponibilissima con noi ( siamo di Roma non conoscevamo il posto e ci ha aiutato telefonicamente a trovare il posto e per tutte le informazioni necessarie). Qualità prezzo TOP! Alla fine della giornata vi portano a fare benzina per vedere quanto è stata utilizzata. Prima di partire si firma il contratto e ti spiegano tutto dettagliatamente. Consigliatissimo. Noi abbiamo preso il 2BAR era praticamente nuovo, tutto hi-tech con anche la possibilità di connettere la musica dal proprio telefono. Noi abbiamo trascorso una giornata indimenticabile e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Stupendous. Wonderful, kind staff who meet your every need. The girl was very helpful with us (we are from Rome we did not know the place and she helped us by telephone to find the place and for all the necessary information). TOP price quality! At the end of the day they take you for gas to see how much it has been used up. Before leaving, you sign the contract and they explain everything to you in detail. Highly recommended. We took the 2BAR it was practically new, all hi-tech with the possibility of connecting music from your phone. We spent an unforgettable day and we will certainly return.
