★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza dopo anni di assicurazioni di svariato tipo, volevo disdire da tempo assicurazione contro infortuni e vita, sembrava tutto a posto con grande rassicurazioni del sign. Giorgio, che dava a me e mio padre... Ok sembrava tutto a posto vista la sua gentilezza e cortesia, invece no dopo 3 mesi chiama il recupero crediti dicendo che ho un insoluto di 650 euro con la Groupama, trattandomi come un criminale. Ripeto pessima esperienza attenti cosa firmate e attenti alle clausole, sono tutti bravi e gentili prima di prendere i soldi ma la professionalità penso sia altra cosa. Sconsiglio anche la Groupama agenzia poco chiara in caso di sinistri o in situazioni simili.

I also advise against the unclear Groupama agency in case of accidents or similar situations.
