La predisposizione delle file per chi deve acquistare i biglietti e per chi deve entrare nelle sale è troppo confusionaria. Le poltroncine sono molto scomode e troppo vicine, non è possibile far uscire tutta la fila ogni volta che qualcuno deve raggiungere il suo posto. Ma ciò che è davvero inammissibile è la mancanza di dislivello in sala. Si è tutti alla stessa altezza e la visione di un film diventa una continua ricerca di uno spiraglio per guardare lo schermo. Dulcis in fundo, qualità audio pessima e volume basso. Un vero peccato considerando la storia del cinema/teatro Roma. Da rimodernare. Sorry to give 2 stars but has too many negative elements.
