What a disappointment!!! ALL DIRTY! From tables and sofas to cobwebs on the walls. Not to mention the lack of choice regarding the ice cream sundaes !!!!

I'm in the ER, ordered a salad with tuna and it made me allergic, it was out of date. also bad service, all dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia sorella (di cui forse avete già letto la recensione) ha chiesto una insalata col tonno ed è stata costretta ad andare al pronto soccorso a causa di un'intossicazione. Quella, appunto per colpa dell'insalata di tonno, di cui il tonno era scaduto. È andata alle due e tornata alle cinque del pomeriggio. Inoltre tutto sporco. Poi soltanto due persone al lavoro.
My sister (whose review you may have already read) asked for a salad with tuna and was forced to go to the emergency room due to intoxication. That, precisely because of the tuna salad, of which the tuna had expired. She went at two and returned at five in the afternoon. Plus all dirty. Then only two people at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta qui per un semplice gelato e non sono stata accolta affatto bene dalla barista. La signora infatti era insistente e sembrava scocciata dalla presenza dei clienti . Il tavolo era sporco, i tovaglioli quasi finiti, il gelato era troppo congelato e infine le cialde erano stantie.
I came here for a simple ice cream and was not welcomed by the bartender at all. In fact, the lady was insistent and seemed annoyed by the presence of customers. The table was dirty, the napkins almost gone, the ice cream was too frozen and finally the waffles were stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma,più!!! Ci sediamo ordiniamo e arriva il cibo dopo mezz'ora. Vogliamo riordinare altro e chiediamo info sugli ingredienti,arriva il titolare e si arrabbia con la cameriera perché ci aveva dedicato troppo tempo . Mi sono alzato e sono andato a pagare dicendo a quel grandissimo maleducato del titolare che forse era meglio valutare di cambiare lavoro,ha lasciato tre bambini senza gelato,lui mi ha risposto che non fanno servizio al tavolo e la cameriera aveva da fare... comunque siamo andati altrove. Molto meglio la vecchia gestione.
But more!!! We sit down, order and the food arrives after half an hour. We want to rearrange more and ask for info on the ingredients, the owner arrives and gets angry with the waitress because she had spent too much time on them. I got up and went to pay, telling that very rude owner that maybe it was better to consider changing jobs, he left three children without ice cream, he replied that they don't do table service and the waitress was busy ... however we went elsewhere. Much better the old management.
