★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maestosa opera architettonica commemorativa dei defunti con tanto di famedio.
All'interno del cimitero è presente una graziosa chiesa gestita dai frati cappuccini presso cui vengono celebrati funerali, ma anche le consuete funzioni liturgiche con possibilità di confessarsi (c'è un campanello per la chiamata del sacerdote qualora non già presente nel confessionale). Disponibili camere mortuarie, camere ardenti e forno crematorio. Possibilità di accesso in auto al cimitero per le persone con problemi a deambulare. All'esterno parcheggio gratuito.

Inside the cemetery there is a graceful church run by the Capuchin friars where funerals are celebrated, but also the usual liturgical functions with the possibility of confessing (there is a bell for the priest's call if not already present in the confessional). Mortuary rooms, ardent rooms and crematorium available. Possibility of access by car to the cemetery for people with walking problems. Outside free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'era molta gente fortunatamente ieri e oggi sono riuscita a trovare parcheggio l'unica nota stonata i 2 banchi che vendevano la fava dei morti posizionati sui parcheggi.....è così difficile posizionarli nel piazzale dove i visitatori non possono parcheggiare?? Non ci vorrebbe molto.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior giardino pubblico di Bergamo, perchè è l'unico dove non capita di trovare cagate di cane, puzze varie, lattine abbandonate, cicche di sigarette, etc. Bisogna andare al cimitero, per passeggiare bene e senza disgustarsi.
The best public garden in Bergamo, because it is the only one where you don't happen to find dog shit, various stinks, abandoned cans, cigarette butts, etc. You have to go to the cemetery, to walk well and without getting disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una grande ed imponente struttura segna l'ingresso di questo cimitero monumentale, all'interno ampi viali segnano gli spazi. Non molte le tombe di famiglia monumentali ma molti bei esempi di edilizia funebre moderna. Entrando a est, destra, verso il fondo opposto all'ingresso diversi campi sono dedicati ai morti civili della resistenza, delle forze dell'ordine e della Repubblica di Salò. Ad ovest entrando alcuni campi sono dedicati ai defunti degli ordini religiosi. Tutti segnati da sepoture semplici, tutte uguali.
A large and imposing structure marks the entrance to this monumental cemetery, inside wide avenues mark the spaces. Not many monumental family tombs but many fine examples of modern funeral homes. Entering to the east, on the right, towards the bottom opposite the entrance, several fields are dedicated to the civilian dead of the resistance, the police and the Republic of Salò. To the west, as you enter, some fields are dedicated to the deceased of the religious orders. All marked by simple tombs, all the same.
