In merito alla risposta sottostante del proprietario dell’azienda preciso che io non ero assunto come tecnico elettronico ma con un contratto di apprendistato professionalizzante di durata 2 anni.
Durante il periodo di prova (2mesi) ho fatto mansioni che hanno poco o nulla a che vedere con la mia mansione (come ad esempio piegare ed etichettare scatolette, magazziniere o insacchettare apparecchiature) se non forse per un paio di settimane in cui mi hanno fatto vedere come collaudare cosa che ho imparato a fare in tempi brevi e riparare schede elettroniche dove mi hanno dato a malapena un giorno per poi lasciarmi a casa il 23 di dicembre il giorno prima della chiusura aziendale (per periodo natalizio fino al 9/01) senza nemmeno farmi finire il periodo di prova.
Ho chiesto la motivazione della loro scelta ma non sapevano bene nemmeno loro il motivo visto che non mi hanno dato né modo né tempo di far vedere le mie competenze.
Aggiungo anche che la strumentazione messami a disposizione non era congrua alla mia mansione ad esempio per più di un mese avevo una stazione saldante (a stagno) che aveva il cavo dello stilo lungo circa 15/20 cm talmente corto che durante il processo di saldatura non si riusciva nemmeno a tenere lo stilo dritto. In seguito mi è stata sostituita con un saldatore senza controllo di temperatura con tensione 220v diretta.
Ultima cosa che voglio aggiungere il giorno che mi hanno comunicato il recesso del contratto hanno voluto indietro la chiavetta della macchinetta del caffè senza restituirmi i 5€ che avevo messo come cauzione ho fatto notare la cosa ma nulla è cambiato.
Dopo quanto scritto confermo sempre più la mia recensione:

Bad experience!
With regard to the underlying response of the owner of the company, I specify that I was not hired as an electronic technician but with a 2-year professional apprenticeship contract.
During the trial period (2 months) I did tasks that have little or nothing to do with my job (such as folding and labeling cans, warehouse worker or bagging equipment) except maybe for a couple of weeks in which they did me see how to test what I learned to do in a short time and repair electronic boards where they barely gave me a day and then leave me at home on December 23rd the day before the company closes (for Christmas period until 9/01) without not even let me finish my trial period.
I asked for the reason for their choice but they didn't even know the reason well since they gave me neither way nor time to show my skills.
I also add that the equipment made available to me was not suitable for my job, for example for more than a month I had a soldering station (tin) that had the stylus cable about 15/20 cm long so short that during the soldering process it did not you couldn't even keep the stylus straight. Later I was replaced with a soldering iron without temperature control with direct voltage 220v.
Last thing I want to add the day they told me the withdrawal of the contract they wanted back the key of the coffee machine without giving me back the 5 € that I had put as a deposit I pointed out the thing but nothing has changed.
After what is written I confirm my review more and more:
