★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con i suoi 2208 m, La Terratta è la vetta più alta del sottogruppo della Montagna Grande, gruppo dei Monti marsicani, in Zona di Protezione Esterna del PNALM.
Il versante occidentale della catena digrada sulla Valle di Terraegna e la parte alta della Valle del Giovenco, mentre il versante orientale si presenta frastagliato da profondi e spettacolari valloni, tra cui quello omonimo della Terratta.
L’escursione, faticosa e da affrontare con il dovuto allenamento, parte direttamente dal Lago di Scanno e si presta, nella stagione invernale, ad essere effettuata anche in scialpinismo. #letsguide #appenninotv #marsicani
 With its 2208 m, La Terratta is the highest peak of the Montagna Grande subgroup, a group of Marsican mountains, in the External Protection Area of the PNALM.
The western side of the chain slopes down to the Valle di Terraegna and the upper part of the Valle del Giovenco, while the eastern side is jagged by deep and spectacular valleys, including the homonymous valley of the Terratta.
The excursion, tiring and to be faced with due training, starts directly from Lake Scanno and lends itself, in the winter season, to be carried out also in ski mountaineering. #letsguide #appenninotv #marsicani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo panorama da questa vetta. Un bella passeggiata perché poi si può camminare lungo tutta la cresta della montagna senza fatica.
Noi ci siamo arrivati dal rifugio Terraegna in cui abbiamo pernottato e cenato benissimo.

Beautiful panorama from this peak. A nice walk because then you can walk along the entire crest of the mountain without effort.
We arrived there from the Terraegna refuge where we spent the night and had a great dinner.
