Ma!! Sono eccezionali cosa rara oggi giorno nei negozi. Avanti così ciellepi che di gente troppo esigente ce né in giro!!! Purtroppo Sandro siamo rimasti male in due perché io da clienti come voi non mi sarei mai aspettata un comportamento del genere . Tu sai benissimo che il problema dell' elettrodomestico passa all' assistenza dal momento che io te l'ho venduta ed al momento della consegna era tutto ok, e ti sei arrabbiato invece con me che Ho anche sollecitato l'assistenza (e che da legge non mi compete, ma che ho fatto con piacere per tutelare il mio cliente...) tanto perché non siamo disponibili.... nella tua ingenuità hai pensato che la responsabilità fosse mia nonostante io ti abbia spiegato. sarebbe bastato documentarsi su come funziona l'iter in questo caso. Qualche mese fa ci ho preso i mobili per l'ufficio e anche i montatori sono molto professionali. Ci ho mandato altre persone e tutti contenti.
