★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son stato loro cliente per 8 anni circa, servizio internet impeccabile ma metto 1 stella perché per puro caso scopro che l'azienda offre internet ad alta velocità a partire da € 30,00/mese (ma anche meno) quando io, invece, per anni ho pagato € 60,00/mese per 7 miserissimi Mbps. Un ladrocinio. Sicuramente io ho sbagliato a non informarmi circa le nuove offerte ma è chiaro che all'azienda manca qualcosa che io per primo applico con i miei clienti: la fidelizzazione. Sono scappato verso un altro gestore che mi offre lo stesso identico servizio ad un prezzo nettamente inferiore.
I have been their customer for about 8 years, impeccable internet service but I put 1 star because by pure chance I discover that the company offers high speed internet starting from € 30.00 / month (but even less) when I, instead, for years I paid € 60.00 / month for a miserable 7 Mbps. A robbery. Surely I was wrong in not informing myself about the new offers but it is clear that the company is missing something that I first apply with my customers: loyalty. I ran away to another manager who offers me the exact same service at a much lower price.
