Un errore umano cui doveva seguire almeno un tentativo di soluzione e invece...ci siamo interfacciati solo con i dipendenti perché il proprietario non c'ha voluto mettere nemmeno la faccia. In sostanza non hanno provato nemmeno a risolvere il problema lasciandoci "a piedi" in un giorno tanto particolare. Persone molto poco serie che dovrebbero imparare cosa significa "lavorare" e "cura del cliente". Stra sconsigliato! We made a reservation (in person) for 8 people for the day of August which, mysteriously, was lost. A human error which had to be followed by at least an attempt at a solution and instead ... we only interfaced with the employees because the owner didn't even want to put his face on it. Basically they did not even try to solve the problem by leaving us "on foot" on such a particular day. Very little serious people who should learn what it means to "work" and "care for the customer". Stra not recommended!

Ci accingiamo al lido alle ore 9.30, su loro richiesta, per assicurare la totale tranquillità e per prendere i posti TEORICAMENTE assegnati, anche per via del periodo che stiamo vivendo. La signorina che ci ha accolti, la stessa che qualche giorno precedente aveva preso la prenotazione, si era dimenticata di segnare il nostro nominativo. Tollerabile direi, l'errore umano ci può stare. Le chiediamo quantomeno di trovarci una soluzione data la giornata caotica ma ahimè se ne lava addirittura le mani. Per di più il proprietario del lido, ascolta la questione da dietro le quinte e continua ad assecondare le richieste dei suoi cari amici fermatisi al bar a consumare. L'unica cosa che ci "offrono" è andare a consumare da loro in giornata. CI VUOLE UNA BELLA FACCIA TOSTA! Non può, un lido così rinomato, avere così poca cura del cliente! Purtroppo non è sufficiente avere un pò di buona musica. Inutile che sto a dirvi se è un lido da consigliare o meno, è abbastanza imtuibile. August 15th, well-deserved booking and total failure! At least we ask her to find a solution for us given the chaotic day but alas she even washes her hands. Furthermore, the owner of the beach listens to the question from behind the scenes and continues to comply with the requests of his dear friends who stopped at the bar to consume. The only thing they "offer" us is to go and consume them within the day. IT TAKES A BEAUTIFUL COUGH FACE! It cannot, such a renowned beach, have so little customer care! Unfortunately it's not enough to have some good music. It is useless to tell you if it is a beach to recommend or not, it is quite impractical.

N	Nico 1210 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza piacevole da sempre, mare fantastico ed ampio parcheggio, anche se l' accesso richiede qualche minuto di attesa in fila . Ma come al solito il tempo e' tiranno e nel corso degli anni, sebbene l' orchestra sia rimasta la stessa, la musica è cambiata... reggaeton e trap (credo si scriva così) hanno preso il sopravvento , quindi il sound e' ormai rivolto prevalentemente ad un pubblico molto giovane. Ma un pensiero mi tortura : Forse sono io che sto invecchiando?!? Always pleasant experience, fantastic sea and ample parking, even if access requires a few minutes of waiting in line.
