Tralasciando i toni hanno perso un cliente disposto anche a prendere una nuova MTB. Lui, di per se, ha controllato di nuovo la bici, prepararata per la spedizione e spedita in tempi record. Purtroppo il problema è arrivato poi con il corriere GLS. Alessandro molto professionalmente è stato sempre disponibile telefonicamente a qualsiasi ora nonostante il lavoro in negozio a darmi le dovute informazioni e contattando giornalmente GLS. Professionale al 110%, nonostante il problema con il corriere, impegno per una settimana consecutiva al massimo per risolvere il problema. Fiducia e professionalità rare da trovare, si nota già dal primo contatto che fa'il suo lavoro con passione. Nach einer gelungenen Bikepacking-Tour von München zum Comer See wollte ich noch weiter nach Genua ans Mittelmeer. Leider sprangen kurz vor Voghera die Gänge unkontrollierbar hin und her. Das Team von Ciclomania hat es unkompliziert und schnell wieder gerichtet, so dass ich meine Tour erfolgreich beenden konnte. Vielen Dank dafür und ganz liebe Grüße aus Genua!
