Sito molto chiaro e facile da navigare, mi sono convinta subito e ho proceduto subito con l’acquisto .. assistenza fin da subito .. mail di conferma, di avvenuta spedizione e poi una volta arrivato il prodotto (in nemmeno 48 ore!! Con spedizione gratuita) sono stata contattata dal disponibilissimo Vincenzo che teneva a darmi due indicazioni veloci… Beh che dire ?! Nel giro di 10 minuti il gentilissimo Francesco mi aveva già risposto che aveva verificato che l'articolo fosse a magazzino e quindi potevano garantire la spedizione lunedì con consegna in 24ore. Come promesso lunedì ho ricevuto conferma della spedizione con numero di tracking e martedì mattino alle 10 la bici era già stata consegnata. Bravi, professionali, e prezzi ottimi! I wrote them an email on a Saturday, with little hope of receiving a reply, asking if they could guarantee me the shipment of a bicycle on Monday with delivery on Tuesday / Wednesday. S	Stefano Mancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo ed estremo piacere di acquistare una bicicletta da bambino, tema Spiderman, presso Cicli Puzone S.R.L. ed in breve ci tengo tantissimo ad esprimere le mie considerazioni in merito...... in primis la spedizione è giunta a destinazione in tempi record, 2 giorni all'incirca, il pacco perfetto e ben protetto il contenuto, una volta aperto per effettuare un controllo visivo mi rendo conto della serietà estrema del venditore..... tutto accurato e ben protetto...... la bicicletta mi ha lasciato senza parole per la sua bellezza e per la sua perfezione in tutto..... completamente assemblata solo da montarci i relativi pedali.... la serietà per me va sempre premiata, finanche i libretti di uso e manutenzione e il campanello con le relative chiavi per il serragio dei pedali incluso nel pacco...... altra cosa molto apprezzata è stata la telefonata ricevuta qualche minuto dopo aver ricevuto il pacco dal corriere da parte di cicli Puzone assicurandosi che tutto sia andato bene come speravano ....... il costo è stato un record imbattibile credo...... Servizio perfetto! Era il 22 dicembre e il giorno dopo il titolare della ditta ha avuto la premura di chiamarci per avvertirci che la bici non sarebbe arrivata in tempo per natale. A noi sarebbe servita per il 4 gennaio e quindi abbiamo dato seguito all'ordine. Il 27 dicembre era già arrivata! Una seconda telefonata del titolare è arrivata lo stesso giorno per avere conferma della ricezione e per darci dettagli sul montaggio. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti della velocità, della precisione e della gentilezza di questa ditta, bravi! Driven by the very good reviews we decided to order the much desired frozen bike for our daughter's birthday and we were not disappointed. Perfect service! It was December 22nd and the next day the owner of the company took care to call us to warn us that the bike would not arrive in time for Christmas. We would need it for January 4th and then we followed up on the order. December 27 had already arrived! A second phone call from the owner arrived the same day to confirm receipt and to give us details on the assembly. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed, precision and kindness of this company, good!
