★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa ho avuto un problema alla bici. Prima di rivolgermi a "Cicli Panconi" avevo sentito un altro biciclettaio in zona. Siccome quest'ultimo non mi aveva per niente convinto (mi aveva fatto un preventivo senza nemmeno vedere la bici), ho deciso di andare da un altro. Il più vicino era "Cicli Panconi". Entro in negozio e dico che ho un problema alla bici. Il biciclettaio, subito, anche se impegnato con altri clienti, domanda loro scusa e viene fuori a vedere di che cosa si tratta e ... "Ah, ecco il problema, si è solo sfilato il filo", e in meno di venti secondi lo rimette dentro. "Ecco fatto"! Io allora incredulo (in fondo era solo una "bischerata"), gli dico: " Mah, le devo qualcosa"? E lui: "Ci mancherebbe altro, arrivederci"! Finalmente un biciclettaio come un tempo. E pensare che l'altro voleva che lasciassi la bici! La prossima volta tornerò sicuramente da lui ...
A few days ago I had a bike problem. Before turning to "Cicli Panconi" I had heard another bicycle driver in the area. Since the latter had not convinced me at all (he had given me a quote without even seeing the bike), I decided to go to another. The closest was "Ciconi Panconi". I go into the shop and say I have a bike problem. The bicyclist, immediately, even if busy with other customers, asks them to apologize and comes out to see what it is and ... "Ah, here's the problem, he just pulled the thread", and in less than twenty seconds puts it back inside. "Done"! I was incredulous then (after all it was just a "trivia"), I said to him: "Well, I owe you something"? And he said: "We would miss more, goodbye"! Finally a bicycle maker like in the past. And to think that the other wanted me to leave the bike! I will definitely come back to him next time ...
