Dopo aver portato la mia bici ad aggiustare, mi è stata ridata peggio di prima, con la catena che pendeva, le ruote sgonfie e in più emette rumori quando la uso. E come se non bastasse ho pagato molti soldi per una riparazione che non si merita neanche 1 centesimo. Assolutamente pessimo, ve lo sconsiglio. You are scammers! After bringing my bike to fix it, it was given back to me worse than before, with the chain hanging, the wheels deflated and in addition it makes noises when I use it. And to make matters worse I paid a lot of money for a repair that doesn't even deserve a penny. Absolutely bad, I don't recommend it.

Ottima tempestività nella risoluzione di problemi relativi a qualsiasi parte della bici. Potete lasciare la bici lì mentre loro provvedono alla riparazione, oppure, cosa consigliatissima, fermarsi e fare due chiacchere con Emanuele. Dopo aver già perso il pranzo di ieri per venire su prima a portare la bici, ed aver aspettato fino alle 15:20 invano, oggi ho chiesto se effettivamente il pomeriggio aprivano alle 15 o alle 15:30. Mi è stato detto che aprivano alle 15. Mi son presentato lì alle 15:10 e non c'era nessuno. Ho chiamato il numero in vetrina e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Peccato perché con loro mi son sempre trovato bene, il loro servizio è ottimo, però non ci siamo con gli orari. Aggiornateli anche a favore degli altri utenti e sarò felice di rettificare una recensione che a malincuore non è positiva.
