Caldissimo, ma ci era stato assicurato che era ventilato..... Mai più. Sconsigliato! Bad value for money, apartment with furniture and equipment in the kitchen, absolutely not corresponding to the photos. Very hot, but we were assured it was breezy ..... Never again. Not recommended!

Inoltre c’erano molte formiche che sono entrate nelle valigie, la serratura delle porte era rotta e di conseguenza non riuscivamo a tenere l’appartamento chiuso. L’acqua calda non c’era e nella camera assegnata a noi c’era solamente una vasca senza tendina e quindi non riuscivamo a lavarci perché avremmo allagato tutto… abbiamo chiamato il signor Daniele ripetutamente e non rispondeva mai… alla fine, dopo molti tentativi ha risposto e ci ha detto che era impossibile e che se avessimo voluto avrebbe risolto la questione dell acqua fredda ma poi è scomparso… inoltre le camere tra loro erano divise da una porta e si sentiva tutto ciò che succedeva negli altri appartamenti… l’aria condizionata non c’era però erano presenti dei ventilatori PIENI di polvere. Sconsigliatissimo non andateci! Arriving at the apartment in the garden, the outside was full of garbage, inside the room there was dust and hair. In addition, there were many ants that entered the suitcases, the lock on the doors was broken and as a result we could not keep the apartment closed. There was no hot water and in the room assigned to us there was only a tub without a curtain and therefore we could not wash ourselves because we would have flooded everything ... we called Mr. Daniele repeatedly and he never answered ... in the end, after many attempts he answered and told us that it was impossible and that if we wanted to he would have solved the cold water issue but then it disappeared ... moreover the rooms between them were divided by a door and you could hear everything that happened in the other apartments ... the air There was no conditioning but there were fans FULL of dust. Not recommended do not go there!
_	_._MmPp _._ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Statene lontani!!! Abbiamo appena lasciato la struttura dove, per fortuna?, siamo rimasti solo per due notti. Da dove inizio?? Dal venditore Daniele , molto cordiale e disponibile prima di saldare il conto, cioè quando ti catapulta all'interno di quello che sarà il tuo Inferno per i prossimi giorni... L'appartamento che avevamo noi era ancora da rifinire, tubi e buche dappertutto, bagno senza finestra esterna ma con un vetro che dava sull'appartamento di fianco di cui tra l'altro avevamo la porta divisoria, con relativa chiave, nel nostro corridoio. La prima sera al ritorno dal mare sorpresa....non c'è l'acqua calda... nessun problema, chiamiamo il gentilissimo e disponibilissimo Daniele che risponde sempre all'istante...e invece niente. Usciamo senza poterci lavare sperando che il problema si risolverà... Torniamo verso mezzanotte, ci mettiamo a letto ma subito ci accorgiamo di avere ospiti...prima uno, poi il secondo e infine tre calabroni enormi nelle due camere che hanno impegnato mio marito per circa un'ora prima che riuscisse a liberarsene. Risultato? Abbiamo passato due notti con le persiane sigillate, senza condizionatore a morire di caldo per paura dei calabroni. E l'acqua calda? Non si è saputo più nulla....abbandonati, nessuna assistenza per poi scoprire, da altre recensioni, che l'acqua calda non c'è mai stata in quegli appartamenti del primo piano!!! Aggiungo inoltre che il giardino è pieno di spazzatura di ogni genere che abbiamo trovato anche abbandonata nel nostro terrazzo...da brivido?? Stay away !!! We have just left the facility where, fortunately?, we only stayed for two nights. Where do I start? From the salesman Daniele, very friendly and helpful before paying the bill, that is when he catapults you into what will be your Hell for the next few days ... The apartment we had was still to be finished, pipes and holes everywhere , bathroom without external window but with a glass that overlooked the apartment next door, of which among other things we had the dividing door, with relative key, in our corridor. The first evening upon returning from the sea surprise .... there is no hot water ... no problem, we call the very kind and extremely helpful Daniele who always answers instantly ... and instead nothing. We go out without being able to wash hoping that the problem will be solved ... We go back around midnight, we go to bed but immediately we realize we have guests ... first one, then the second and finally three huge hornets in the two rooms that have engaged my husband for about an hour before he could get rid of it. Result? We spent two nights with the shutters sealed, without the air conditioner, dying of heat for fear of hornets. And the hot water? Nothing more was known .... abandoned, no assistance only to discover, from other reviews, that there was never hot water in those apartments on the first floor !!! I also add that the garden is full of garbage of all kinds that we also found abandoned on our terrace ... thrilling??
