Ho scritto a loro su whatsapp di mattina che avevo bisogno di modificare l’ordine che non era ancora spedito, riportando tutti i dati e nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Hanno letto tutti i messaggi ,ma non si sono sforzati neanche di dire che non era possibile. Verso pomeriggio mi è arrivata e-mail che hanno spedito l’ordine. Insomma hanno fatto finta di niente.
Maleducazione e assenza di professionalità.
Great products but bad customer service. I wrote to them on whatsapp in the morning that I needed to change the order that was not yet sent, reporting all the data and no one has ever replied to me. They read all the messages, but didn't even try to say it wasn't possible. In the afternoon, I received e-mails that sent the order. In short, they pretended nothing happened.
Rudeness and lack of professionalism.
