★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questa officina durante un viaggio con la mia famiglia da Milano a Peschici, purtroppo la macchina ci ha abbandonato prima di Termoli, siamo stati soccorsi da Sebastiano , collaboratore dell’azienda , la sua disponibilità e cortesia ci ha fatto dimenticare questo spiacevole evento.
Abbiamo poi proseguito il viaggio con un auto a noleggio e lasciato la nostra da Ciavatta che ha sostituito il motore facendola tornare come nuova, consiglio a tutti quest’officina per la sua professionalità e competenza.
 I met this workshop during a trip with my family from Milan to Peschici, unfortunately the car abandoned us before Termoli, we were rescued by Sebastiano, a collaborator of the company, his helpfulness and courtesy made us forget this unpleasant event.
We then continued the journey with a rental car and left ours at Ciavatta who replaced the engine and made it look like new. I recommend this workshop to everyone for its professionalism and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema a Ducato 2.3 6d, spia avaria motore "da far controllare", prontamente accolti e diagnosticato guasto a sensore (km 4.703) e 70 giorni di bta del camper) filtro antiparticolato, purtroppo sensore non disponibile fino a venerdi' e consegna sabato (oggi e' mercoledi'). Mi sarei aspettato un servizio di fornitura ricambi Fiat piu' celere, il pezzo dovrebbe venire da Torino. 5 stelle a Ciavata, 2 a Fiat. Ricambio ricercato in tutto il Molise e Abruzzo.
Ducato 2.3 6d problem, engine failure warning light "to be checked", promptly accepted and diagnosed sensor failure (km 4,703) and 70 days of bta of the camper) particulate filter, unfortunately sensor not available until Friday and delivery on Saturday (today is Wednesday'). I would have expected a faster Fiat spare parts supply service, the part should come from Turin. 5 stars in Ciavata, 2 in Fiat. Replacement sought throughout Molise and Abruzzo.

I forgot in Milan to have the car overhauled which expired in 4 days and I left for the holidays. I found this review center which, without a reservation, immediately certified the review for me. Very nice staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a total gear box failure due to loss of oil on the Autostrada. What a mess. They pulled us to Ciavatta . First I was sceptic because we had a Ford Focus and they service primarily FIAT. Repaired in two and half days because the clutch was burned out too. IMHO that is very fast. The bill was absolutely fair not to say cheap compared to Germany. Wish the ADAC will get a note too. Very helpful peoples there
