★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'ingresso può sembrare un semplice negozio di alimentari, ma addentrandosi ci si rende conto di essere davanti ad un luogo di culto del cibo (come diceva mio padre). Si può scendere nelle celle dove si conserva il formaggio, sotto terra, e vedere prodotti che in un qualsiasi altro negozio sono impensabili. Consigliato il farsi fare i panini con i loro salumi e formaggi per una scampagnata in zona. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche solo per fare un giro all'interno.
 At the entrance it may seem like a simple grocery store, but as you enter, you realize that you are in front of a place of worship for food (as my father used to say). You can go down into the cells where the cheese is stored, underground, and see products that are unthinkable in any other shop. It is recommended to have sandwiches made with their cold cuts and cheeses for a picnic in the area. Friendly and helpful staff, even just to take a tour inside.
