★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai andata in questo ristorante, ma un po di tempo fa avevo semplicemente chiamato per prenotare un tavolo per 7 persone.
Purtroppo ho un intolleranza al glutine ed al latte ed in quel periodo stavo facendo una dieta che non includeva queste sostanze quindi, pensando che ormai nel 2021 siano tutti forniti di alimenti adatti ad eventuali intolleranti, ho esposto il problema ad uno che credo fosse il titolare.
Al che lui mi dice di non essere fornito e di dover fare spesa apposta e che, senza un menù, avrei dovuto decidere su due piedi una serie di pietanze che non comprendessero queste sostanze (ovvero verdure e salumi).
Al che ho deciso di valutare qualche altro locale che fosse più fornito e quando l'ho trovato giustamente ho richiamato "Ciao Vip" per avvisarli della disdetta. CIÒ È SUCCESSO DOPO MASSIMO 15 MINUTI DALLA PRIMA CHIAMATA, ma dopo aver comunicato la cosa mi è stata data una risposta molto scortese e mi è stato chiuso il telefono in faccia senza nemmeno farmi finire di parlare.
Oltre che per la questione intolleranze lo sconsiglio anche per il trattamento riservato al cliente (a prescindere dal fatto che il cliente ero io).
I never went to this restaurant, but some time ago I just called to book a table for 7 people.
Unfortunately I have an intolerance to gluten and milk and at that time I was on a diet that did not include these substances so, thinking that by 2021 they are all supplied with food suitable for any intolerant, I exposed the problem to one who I believe was the owner .
To which he tells me not to be supplied and to have to shop on purpose and that, without a menu, I would have had to decide on the spot a series of dishes that did not include these substances (ie vegetables and salami).
To which I decided to evaluate some other place that was more equipped and when I found it rightly I called "Ciao Vip" to notify them of the cancellation. THIS HAPPENED AFTER A MAXIMUM 15 MINUTES FROM THE FIRST CALL, but after communicating this I was given a very rude answer and I closed the phone in my face without even letting me finish speaking.
In addition to the issue of intolerances, I also advise against the treatment reserved for the customer (regardless of the fact that the customer was me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizze molto buone, primo e secondi inaspettatamente buoni per essere principalmente pizzeria. ( consiglio gli spaghetti alle vongole)
Il sevizio al tavolo è per metà fai da te, nel senso che tovaglietta, bicchieri e posate sono da prendere autonomamente mentre acqua e portate saranno portate dai dipendenti.
Attenzione se fate compleanni! Le luci potrebbero abbassarsi e la sala inizierebbe a cantare "tanti auguri a te" lasciandoti un pochino di sasso.
Hanno anche creato una tettoia chiusa all'esterno, ottima in estate e fantastica in autunno.
Ottimo per delle serate con amici e per portare fuori una sera la tua ragazza.
Very good pizzas, first and second unexpectedly good for being mainly pizzeria. (I recommend spaghetti with clams)
The service at the table is half do-it-yourself, in the sense that the placemat, glasses and cutlery are to be taken independently while water and dishes will be brought by the employees.
Beware if you have birthdays! The lights could go down and the room would start singing "happy birthday to you" leaving you a little stone.
They also created a closed canopy outside, great in the summer and great in the fall.
Great for a night out with friends and for taking your girlfriend out one night.

After one week travelling in Italy, in our last night before come home we found accidentaly this lovely place. The pizza we ordered was amazing, most likely the best pizza we have eaten in Italy. The service is also very friendly and helpful. Prices are also very fair. I strongly recommend the Ciao Vip 1 Pizzeria!
