Tempo fa avevo provato una maglietta estiva con collana incorporata e difettosa alla cassa si era rotta la collana e l ho dovuta comprare lo stesso perché la commessa mi ha dato la colpa. Credo che i responsabili dovrebbero valutare e insegnare alle commesse di essere gentili visto che comunque siamo in un ciao ciao e non in una boutique e capire che un capo messo alla bip e di fragile manifattura si può rompere non per forza per colpa del cliente. E tante altre persone si sono lamentate di questa addirittura le colleghe stesse. Fine storia dall' imbarazzo ho comprato la maglietta dentro di me ho mandato a f..... La commessa , arrivata a casa maglia scucita al fianco e dieci clienti persi perché siamo una famiglia numerosa.
