Disponibilità di acquistare prodotti di seconda scelta ancora più scontati rispetto al prezzo di fabbrica (già conviente). Il tutto servito da personale gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Per me una riconferma visto che molti anni fa ho sempre acquistato qui le valigie che mi hanno seguito in numerosi viaggi (anche extracontinentali) e sono ancora perfettamente funzionanti! Convenience, quality and design! Wide choice of products (not only suitcases but also bags, netbook holders, men's bags, pc holders). Availability to buy second choice products even more discounted than the factory price (already convenient). All served by friendly, helpful and attentive to customer needs. For me a confirmation since many years ago I always bought the suitcases here that have followed me on numerous trips (even extra-continental) and are still fully functional!

Se prendete i prodotti nuovi valgono la pena perché costano meno del negozio e del sito. La zona dello spaccio non è grandissima ma se non siete troppo esigenti troverete sicuramente quello che vi serve. Prodotti di buona qualità. Se prendete un prodotto nuovo avete la garanzia di due anni. Personale gentilissimo. Si può pagare in contanti o con carte. Orari di apertura al pubblico un po' riduttivi; chiudono troppo presto a mio avviso e soprattutto non è aperto al sabato. C'È parcheggio. Great place to buy suitcases, sets, bags or laptop rucksacks at a very affordable price. In the shop there are both new products and some defects. If you take new products, they are worth it because they cost less than the store and the site. The area of the shop is not huge but if you are not too demanding you will certainly find what you need. Good quality products. If you take a new product, you have a two-year warranty. Very friendly staff. You can pay in cash or with cards. Slightly reductive opening times to the public; they close too early in my opinion and above all it is not open on Saturdays. There is parking.

Very kind lady, wide choice, great prices and above all she is practically one of the very few that offers suitcases with compartments both closed with zip.

I have been emailing Lucia Bano, the responsible person from Roncato in Italy but after almost 2 months, my suitcase is still broken, she gave me the name of the repairing shops only to find out they do not do repairs or even sell Roncato! In shock... I'm therefore assuming I'll have to buy a new one after less than 3 years... They gave me a warranty of 10 years... Now it makes sense... They guarantee it because they will never repair it I am Italian but surely I'll never buy from them again...
