Sono state sempre disponibili sia Lucia che Laura pronte sempre a darmi una risposta alle domande. Anche per quanto riguarda la dichiarazione dei redditi, isee etc sono bravissimi. Ci tornerò di sicuro anche se adesso vivo in un altra città
I found myself well ... even if the lines are endless but it is only a sign that they do a good job! Both Lucia and Laura have always been available, always ready to give me an answer to the questions. Also with regard to the tax return, isee etc are very good. I'll be back for sure even though I now live in another city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente sono bravi ed efficienti, ma con il COVID sono andati 1 "po'" loop. Non si capisce orari, ricezione e disbrigo pratiche e a telefono è 1 problema. Peccato, speriamo sia solo 1 parentesi temporanea.
Normally they are good and efficient, but with COVID they went 1 "little" loop. It is not clear times, reception and handling of paperwork and over the phone is 1 problem. Too bad, let's hope it's only 1 temporary parenthesis.
