★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine in data 22 luglio nonostante i dipendenti mi avessero assicurato che il mio ordine era in elaborazione quest'ultimo non e mai arrivato con nessuna notificazione né sul numero rilasciato ne sul email. Provato a chiamarli più volte durante l'attesa fino a ieri 12 agosto mi hanno assicurato che la merce sarebbe stata spedita e che avrei ricevuto un e-mail di conferma o una chiamata ( premettendo che durante la mia attesa questa cosa e stata detta numerose volte ) in data odierna 13 agosto vedo che mi hanno rimborsato i soldi senza dare una motivazione sul ordine. Consiglierei strettamente di cambiare articoli di vendita e attivita invece di vendere articoli militari magari mettersi alla vendita di cocchi sulla spiaggia.
 I placed an order on 22 July despite the employees having assured me that my order was being processed and it never arrived with any notification either on the number issued or on the email. Tried to call them several times while waiting until yesterday 12 August they assured me that the goods would be shipped and that I would receive a confirmation email or a call (assuming that during my wait this thing was said numerous times ) today 13 August I see that they refunded my money without giving a reason on the order. I would strongly advise you to change sales items and activities instead of selling military items, maybe go to the sale of coconut trees on the beach.

Abbiamo effettuato un ordine ad Aprile la commessa poco gentile ci aveva assicurato che avemmo ricevuto tutto in circa 15 gg. Oltre che non essendo del luogo e avendo una data di partenza ben precisa, la merce è arrivata prima con la misura sbagliata, poi il prodotto non richiesto, ed in fine con le rifiniture sbagliate. Vi ritenete un negozio competente, credo che ci sia ben poco di competenza da loro! Non ci ritorneremo mai e ne tanto meno siamo in grado di consigliarlo ad altri !
I don't recommend anyone to get supplies from them.
We placed an order in April, the unkind order assured us that we had received everything in about 15 days. In addition to being not of the place and having a very precise departure date, the goods arrived first with the wrong size, then the product not requested, and finally with the wrong finishes. You consider yourself a competent shop, I believe that there is very little competence of their own! We will never go back, let alone recommend it to others!
