★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chiesa che ho scoperto camminando lungo Corso Cavour e non è facile imbattersi in questa chiesa in quanto oltre a trovarsi in una via secondaria del corso è anche nascosta da palazzi che la circondano. Vista molto velocemente in quanto chiusa e non prevista nel mio itinerario di viaggio, sembra essere in buone condizioni. Da rivedere.
A church that I discovered walking along Corso Cavour and it is not easy to come across this church because besides being in a secondary street of the course it is also hidden by the buildings that surround it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa del Sacro Cuore, nel Cuore della città, la città nel Cuore, come dice uno stemma proposto dal parroco don Mimmo Falco, è un punto di riferimento.
...per me e per tante persone, che trovano in questo luogo sacro e spirituale Dio, ma anche se stessi e le relazioni con gli altri.
Il parroco Don Mimmo Falco, aiutato da Don Alfredo e da tanti parrocchiani volenterosi e pieni di zelo per la casa del Signore, porta avanti una pastorale dedicata ai giovani agli adulti, all'accoglienza; il tutto visto da un'ottica spirituale e laica.
Luogo accogliente, sempre pulito e appena ristrutturato. Forse non benissimo, ma il nartece dell'antico convento di suore è rimasto intatto.
