Una grande porta bronzea, opera dello scultore Angelo Biancini, immette all'interno. Qui, si venera la Madonna delle Grazie raffigurata in un quadro del 1410 attribuito al Mingarelli. Tra le altre opere di valore spiccano un fonte battesimale con lo stemma dei Malatesta; due tele del bolognese Bertuzzi, raffiguranti San Giorgio e Santa Rosa da Lima e due statue in legno del 1750 opera dei fratelli Nicola e OttavianoToselli. La facciata attuale, ideata dall'architetto Boschi, faentino, è stata interamente ricostruita dopo i gravi danni del terremoto del 1781.
