★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la chiesa madre di sante marie. Da poco restaurata in maniera molto buona. Sorge nella parte alta del paese ed è il simbolo religioso di questo borgo abruzzese.
It is the mother church of sante marie. Recently restored in a very good way. It rises in the upper part of the town and is the religious symbol of this Abruzzo village.

Bel campanile romanic. L'interno, ad unica navata ha qualche tela dell'artista ungherese Carlo Fries, che trovò rifugio in questo paese nel 1859. Le opere ritraggono qS. Quirico, S. Giuditta e le anime del purgatorio.
Main church of Sante Marie, certainly existing since the 13th century.
Beautiful Romanic bell tower. The interior, with a single nave, has some paintings by the Hungarian artist Carlo Fries, who found refuge in this country in 1859. The works depict qS. Quirico, S. Giuditta and the souls in purgatory.
