La chiesa Madre in particolare contiene numerosi dipinti risalenti al "600 e sculture interessanti.Il pezzo forte rimane il trittico di Rogier Van der Weyden giunto a Polizzi in seguito a diverse e curiose peripezie. Se arrivate impreparati telefonate al sig.Nino (Cell. sul portone della chiesa)e allora scoprirete molto di più di quello che dicono le guide. A pranzo dirigetevi verso il belvedere e fatevi guidare poi dal profumo invitante.
Not many people know the secrets inside the churches of Polizzi. The Mother Church in particular contains numerous paintings dating back to the 1600s and interesting sculptures. The highlight remains the triptych by Rogier Van der Weyden which arrived in Polizzi following various and curious adventures. If you arrive unprepared, call Mr. Nino (Cell. On the door of the church) and then you will discover much more than what the guides say.For lunch, head towards the belvedere and then let yourself be guided by the inviting scent.
