★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi passo x andare alla Torre Templare antica e meravigliosa, prima del gran Ducato di Toscana poi ceduta allo Stato Pontificio. Nato come convento benedettino , struttura eseguita in epoca bizantina, ha avuto nei secoli anche influenze arabo normanne.
Nata con una sola torre, nasce cento anni dopo la torre gemella.
È stata riconosciuta dal Vaticano come strada francescana, che dalla Francia andava in Terra Santa dai primi e veri Cavalieri Templari.
I will go there to go to the ancient and marvelous Templar Tower, before the great Duchy of Tuscany then sold to the Papal State. Born as a Benedictine convent, a structure built in the Byzantine era, it has had Norman Arabic influences over the centuries.
Born with a single tower, it was born one hundred years after the twin tower.
It has been recognized by the Vatican as a Franciscan road, which from France went to the Holy Land by the first and true Knights Templars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piccola parrocchia situata nel paese di Lerchi poco distante da Città di Castello. Esternamente presenta una facciata molto semplice, dipinta da un bel colore giallino/beige; con un oculo al centro. Internamente è ad unica navata, con una nicchia nella parete sinistra. Il soffitto è a cassettoni. Una caratteristica che colpisce molto di questa chiesa, è di avere una scritta, a luci neon, posta sull'altare. Inoltre sono bellissime le finestre con i vetri dipinti. È interessante, quindi, vedere come in questa piccola chiesa vi siano mischiati tradizione, storia e modernità! Consiglio la visita se volete vedere un intreccio di contributi differenti!
A small parish located in the town of Lerchi not far from Città di Castello. Externally it has a very simple facade, painted in a beautiful yellow / beige color; with an oculus in the center. Internally it has a single nave, with a niche in the left wall. The ceiling is coffered. A very striking feature of this church is that it has an inscription, in neon lights, placed on the altar. The windows with painted glass are also beautiful. It is therefore interesting to see how tradition, history and modernity are mixed in this small church! I recommend the visit if you want to see a mix of different contributions!
