Quì si venera la Madonna Addolorata che nel 1837 liberò la città di Foggia dal colera, davanti al popolo penitente lacrimò elevanto gli occhi al cielo. Di notevole rilevanza il portale di bronzo. Prospiciente ad essa vi è una Croce collocata sulla sommità di una colonna in pietra calcarea bianca sostenuta da scalini circolari sulle cui facciate sono scolpiti la Vergine Maria col Bambino Gesù e Gesù Crocifisso tra S. Giovanni Evangelista e Maria Maddalena. Ospita il Sacro Tavolo della Madonna dei Sette Veli che apparve a S. Alfonso Maria de'Liguori durante l'epidemia di colera che colpì la città nel 1837.
