Piacevole l'interno a tre navate caratterizzato da pilastri, archi e cornici in bicromia pastello e rosso tenue. Importante la cupola a spicchi, tipica dell'architettura lombarda, all'incrocio delle navate con il transetto. Dedicated to San Giacomo and built between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th, it is a Lombard neo-Romanesque church with a Latin cross plan. Pleasant interior with three naves characterized by pillars, arches and frames in two-tone pastel and soft red. Giacomo Apostolo venne riedificata dal 1893 al 1900 in base al disegno dell’ingegner Luigi Donini, su una chiesa precedente del XIII secolo richiamando uno stile romanico-bizantino. È a pianta a croce latina, l’interno è a tre navate con mattoni gialli e rossi che danno un effetto policromo alla struttura. A dicembre sono imperdibili i presepi meccanici nell'attiguo oratorio. The large parish church of Piumazzo dedicated to St. James the Apostle was rebuilt from 1893 to 1900 based on the design of the engineer Luigi Donini, on a previous 13th century church recalling a Romanesque-Byzantine style.
