L' edificio attuale e' frutto della ristrutturazione seguita ai bombardamenti subiti durante la seconda guerra mondiale e al successivo ampliamento. L'interno è semplice, a navata unica, con un bel tetto con travi di legno . La chiesa è quasi sempre aperta, fino a sera, un luogo ideale per un momento di raccoglimento e preghiera.
