Il primo paletto riguarda la “territorialità”: se non si è parrocchiani, non celebrano messe per i Sacramenti. Se si rientra nel territorio di competenza, fingono comunque di non conoscerne i confini, anche se pubblicati sul loro sito Internet. Una volta che si insiste sul fatto di far parte del territorio di competenza, il limite è dato dall’impossibilità di concordare giorno e/o orario (nel caso di Battesimo SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE DI SABATO alle 19:00) con limite di 26 persone partecipanti in cui devono comunque e sempre rientrare i loro “parrocchiani”. Ditemi se questo può essere il modus operandi di chi abita la “Casa del Signore”. Appropriazione indegna di una così bella Chiesa... VERGOGNA! I add my experience ... Gli affreschi e le statue sacre sono molto semplici. Una cosa che mi ha colpito è che c'è una riproduzione della Pietà di Michelangelo e ci sono delle Grazie appese. I don't know the history of this small parish on the Nomentana so I can only talk about what I saw. It is a very simple, almost Spartan structure. The frescoes and sacred statues are very simple. One thing that struck me is that there is a reproduction of Michelangelo's Pietà and there are Graces hanging.

The unassuming little parish church was completed in 1918, and is still surrounded by fields. Don't confuse it with the catacombs with their ancient basilica, which are across the road -and not under the care of the parish.
