Quando entri resti a bocca aperta di fronte alla magnifica volta interamente dipinta ed allungando lo sguardo ti rendi subito conto che c'è dell'altro. Consiglio di visitarla. Il famoso dipinto del Melozzo "l'Annunciazione" era stato dipinto per l’abside di questa chiesa. Adesso al suo posto c'è una copia.
very beautiful church full of emotions. When you enter you remain open-mouthed in front of the magnificent vault entirely painted and by stretching your gaze you immediately realize that there is more. I recommend to visit it. Melozzo's famous painting "the Annunciation" had been painted for the apse of this church. Now there is a copy in its place.

L'interno, in forme barocche, ha una decorazione molto ricca che risale a fine Settecento. L'Annunciazione, opera di Marco Palmezzano, è una copia, l'originale è nella pinacoteca civica.
The incomplete façade is embellished by a fifteenth-century portal by Marino Cestini, which represents San Valeriano and other saints.
The interior, in baroque style, has a very rich decoration dating back to the late eighteenth century. The Annunciation, by Marco Palmezzano, is a copy, the original is in the civic art gallery.

La sua facciata semplice e sobria accoglie un bel portale marmoreo che la impreziosisce, il suo interno, ben conservato è interamente affrescato e ciò dà alla chiesa un aspetto austero ed elegante. Bella l'abside che accoglie una splendida pala d'altare del Palmezzano, ma è solo una copia, l'originale è conservata ai musei San Domenico, che meritano sicuramente una visita per le varie opere che qui sono conservate.
In the city of Forlì it is one of the most suggestive churches. Its simple and sober façade houses a beautiful marble portal that embellishes it, its interior, well preserved, is entirely frescoed and this gives the church an austere and elegant appearance.
