Unica pecca, la piscina molto rumorosa e pulizia non eccellente. Splendid location with attention to the smallest details, services provided in an optimal way, definitely romantic and inviting atmosphere, adequate staff. The only flaw, the very noisy pool and not excellent cleaning.

L'attesa è stata comunque ripagata in quanto era tutto pulito e ordinato e nel periodo in cui ci troviamo è stato davvero apprezzato. Tutto perfetto! La consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente. Courteous and kind staff allowed us to stay a little longer than the check out to recover the time we lost in the check in as the room had to be sanitized. However, the wait paid off as everything was clean and tidy and in the period we are there it was really appreciated. All perfect! We recommend it and will definitely be back.

Dopo già una prima confusione sull'orario disponibile, riesco a bloccare il mio percorso di coppia con massaggio. La sera prima vengo contattata per anticipare l'appuntamento. Avendo già organizzato la giornata, ho risposto che avremmo fatto il possibile ma che purtroppo non potevo assicurare di arrivare così in anticipo. Mi viene detto che non ci sono problemi e che l'appuntamento rimane invariato. Il giorno dopo, il giorno dell'appuntamento, un'ora prima, vengo contattata telefonicamente per disdire il tutto, alludendo ad un problema di fogna (sarà stato vero visto i diversi cambiamenti di orari fatti da loro durante la prenotazione?). Mi viene detto in maniera molto frettolosa che se voglio posso prenotare un altro appuntamento. Mi aspettavo delle scuse e magari una promessa di "regalo" per il prossimo appuntamento. Le strutture serie e di un certo livello lo fanno sempre! Unfortunately I never got to see this SPA, which I had booked. After a first confusion about the available time, I manage to block my couple's path with massage. The night before I am contacted to anticipate the appointment. Having already organized the day, I replied that we would do what we could but unfortunately I could not guarantee that I would arrive so early. I am told that there are no problems and that the appointment remains unchanged. The next day, the day of the appointment, an hour before, I am contacted by phone to cancel everything, alluding to a sewer problem (will it have been true given the different changes in schedules made by them during the booking?). I am very hastily told that if I want I can book another appointment. I was expecting an apology and maybe a promise of a "gift" for the next appointment. Serious structures of a certain level always do it!

Sono stato con la mia ragazza da Christian's Suite Spa il 26/03 sopra l'attico, una stanza all'ultimo piano con accesso privato alla terrazzina. Inutile dire che era tutto in ordine, super pulito e che l'accoglienza è stata molto apprezzata. Christian ci ha accompagnati in camera spiegando tutto c'ho che c'era, che si poteva fare, dal pacchetto apericena & colazione, all'utilizzo della jacuzzi e bagno turco con doccia, tutto in modo super dettagliato (insomma è impossibile sbagliare). L'apericena che ci è arrivata è stata inaspettata, poiché si...immaginavo una semplice stuzzicheria non tanto impegnativa...E INVECE!! un sacco di roba, pizze, pizzette, panzerottini, ect.. ma soprattutto il tagliere di salumi strabuono! La colazione non è stata meno..avete possibilità di scegliere 2 drinks e 2 foods a testa da una lista che vi darà nel momento stesso che entrerete in camera, tutto squisito! Insomma..Bravo Christian ?, sicuramente torneremo. CONSIGLIATO! A super relaxing experience !! I was with my girlfriend at Christian's Suite Spa on 26/03 above the attic, a room on the top floor with private access to the terrace. It goes without saying that everything was in order, super clean and that the welcome was much appreciated. Christian accompanied us to the room explaining everything there was, what could be done, from the aperitif & breakfast package, to the use of the jacuzzi and turkish bath with shower, all in super detailed way (in short, it is impossible to go wrong). The aperitif that arrived there was unexpected, because yes ... I imagined a simple appetizer not so demanding ... AND INSTEAD !! a lot of stuff, pizzas, pizzas, panzerottini, ect .. but above all the platter of salami strabuono! The breakfast was no less .. you have the possibility to choose 2 drinks and 2 foods each from a list that will give you the moment you enter your room, all delicious! In short .. Bravo Christian ?, we will definitely be back. RECOMMENDED!
M	Michele Pesole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia metà abbiamo trascorso il San Valentino in questa bellissima struttura completamente ristrutturata e "aggiornata" ai tempi moderni con un affascinante sistema di illuminazione LED, riscaldamento ben più che adeguato, fantastica vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. Una giornata indimenticabile grazie anche all'ottimo servizio in camera con ricca cena e colazione, eccellente anche la pulizia della camera. Le strisce blu di fronte alla struttura sono convenzionate quindi non si rischiano multe. Me and my half spent Valentine's Day in this beautiful structure completely renovated and "updated" to modern times with a charming LED lighting system, heating that was more than adequate, a fantastic jacuzzi and turkish bath. An unforgettable day thanks also to the excellent room service with rich dinner and breakfast, also excellent cleaning of the room. The blue stripes in front of the structure are affiliated so there is no risk of fines.
A	Alessandro Pansini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto sconsiglio questo posto da 1 a 10? Beh direi 10. Purtroppo devo giudicare senza esserci mai stato e vi racconto perché. All'inizio di marzo ho prenotato una suite, era il regalo di compleanno per la mia compagna che compie gli anni il 25 aprile. 5 giorni prima mi viene comunicato che la prenotazione è saltata per un grave problema idrico(una struttura deve subito risolvere i problemi 5 giorni mi sembrano un infinità). Capite bene che il 25 aprile è una festività e quindi la maggior parte della gente parte per i weekend fuori. Una volta dimostrato il mio malessere per questo avvenimento sono stato solo attaccato dalla struttura e non mi hanno neanche assicurato una prenotazione in un altra struttura. Scortesia ai massimi livelli.. Non pensavo che avrei scritto la recensione.. Ma dopo aver letto nelle varie recensioni che c'è anche altra gente che si è vista annullare una prenotazione così da un giorno all'altro,per un altro problema simile, qualcosa non mi è tornata nei conti. Sicuri che c'era un problema idrico? O c'era un miglior offerente? How much do I advise against this place from 1 to 10? Well I'd say 10. Unfortunately I have to judge without ever having been there and I'll tell you why. At the beginning of March I booked a suite, it was the birthday present for my partner who is having her birthday on April 25th. 5 days before I was informed that the reservation was skipped due to a serious water problem (a structure must immediately solve the problems 5 days seem like an infinity). Understand that April 25th is a holiday and therefore most people go on weekends out. Once I demonstrated my discomfort for this event I was only attacked by the structure and they did not even guarantee me a reservation in another structure. Unkindness at the highest level .. I did not think I would write the review .. But after reading in the various reviews that there are also other people who have had a booking canceled like this overnight, for another similar problem, something did not come back to me. Are you sure there was a water problem? Or was there a highest bidder?
