Non era la prima volta che andavo per cui sul computer era segnato esattamente il tipo di colore che dovevo fare. Vedendo la ragazza titubante nello scegliere il colore, ho chiesto se lo avessero. Mi è stato risposto di sì. Dopo il tempo di posa però mi sono ritrovata un colore molto più scuro in confronto al resto dei capelli. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e la ragazza mi ha detto che non avendo il mio colore ne aveva fatto uno mescolandone altri due. Scorrettezza non ammissibile visto che mi aveva detto di non preoccuparmi è che avevano il mio colore abituale.Bugiardi e incompetenti. Alle mie proteste mi hanno fatto un lavaggio del colore per togliere tutto quello scuro. Risultato colore arancione alla crescita. Allora mi hanno fatto una tonalizzazione. Risultato: troppo bionda. Le mie meches se ne erano andate. Allora mi hanno dato un altro colore sulla crescita e fatto qualche meches più scura. Risultato: praticamente quasi bionda. Il mio colore originario non c’è più. E mi hanno fatto pagare pure la piega. Invece chi ripaga il danno che mi hanno fatto? Ora devo andare da un altro parrucchiere a farmi sistemare. Now I have to go to another hairdresser to get me settled. Never again from them

I told her to cut my hair by showing a picture but she modified it suggesting what will suit me and yes! She was right! I would highly recommend for a haircut and it’s not expensive too.. All staff are very friendly and they all comply with covid regulations.
