★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto il costo per scannerizzare alcuni documenti che mi era stato assicurato pari a €0,30 a foglio (sia singolo che a doppia facciata). Fidandomi ovviamente di quanto dettomi ho dato il via al lavoro ma oggi al suo ritiro mi trovo un conto molto diverso ed i aumento rispetto a quanto prospettato.
Questo perché oggi, cambiando quanto precedenyemete dichiarato, per foglio si intende facciata e quindi € 0,60 ogni foglio a doppia facciata(come i miei).
Insomma costo finale del lavoro di molto superiore a quanto preventivato, con sconto ridicolo dopo le mie rimostranze.
Mi sembra un atteggiamento non corretto e soprattutto non chiaro verso i clienti, senza parlare di un costo per scannerizzare (non stampare con tutti i costi inchiostro e carta) sinceramente elevato che ho pagato solo perche trattavasi di documenti inerenti la recente morte di mio padre.
Fate attenzione quindi ai prezzi dichiarati ed ai preventivi, io sicuramente non ci andrò mai più !!!
I asked for the cost to scan some documents that I had been insured equal to € 0.30 per sheet (both single and double-sided). Obviously trusting what I said, I started the job but today at his retirement I find myself a very different account and the increase compared to what was planned.
This is because today, changing what you have stated above, by sheet we mean facade and therefore € 0.60 each double-sided sheet (like mine).
In short, the final cost of the work much higher than expected, with a ridiculous discount after my grievances.
It seems to me an incorrect and above all unclear attitude towards customers, not to mention a sincerely high cost to scan (do not print with all ink and paper costs) that I paid only because they were documents relating to the recent death of my father.
So pay attention to the declared prices and estimates, I will certainly never go there again !!!
