★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, situata a Zibido San Giacomo, è stata edificata nel Quattrocento e conserva ancora buona parte dell'antica struttura. Piccolina, con pochi posti a sedere, ma molto carina e ben conservata.
L'interno fu decorato successivamente con affreschi del '700. Di pregevole fattura la cappella della Madonna del Rosario, restaurata nel 2014. Notevole l'organo sovrastante l'ingresso della chiesa, che necessita di un restauro.
Sul sagrato è presente una croce in ferro su una colonna collocata su un basamento a gradini in granito che riporta incisa la data di costruzione del 1729. Avrei voluto fare qualche foto all'interno ma non ho potuto perché era strapiena di fedeli durante una funzione religiosa.
 The Church of Santa Maria Assunta, located in Zibido San Giacomo, was built in the fifteenth century and still retains much of the ancient structure. Little girl, with few seats, but very pretty and well preserved.
The interior was later decorated with frescoes from the 1700s. The chapel of the Madonna of the Rosary, restored in 2014, is of exquisite workmanship. The organ above the entrance to the church, which needs a restoration, is remarkable.
On the churchyard there is an iron cross on a column placed on a granite base with the engraved construction date of 1729. I wanted to take some pictures inside but I could not because it was full of faithful during a religious service .
