★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attractive church from the end of the sixteenth century dedicated to Saint Nicholas. In 1887 it was acquired by Prince Vincenzo Telesio who dedicated it to the Holy Virgin of the Rosary in gratitude for the restored health of his wife, Beatrice Antonacci, renewing its interior decoration. The coat of arms of the Prince is painted on the balcony of the nineteenth century organ. The palazzo where the Prince once lived surrounds the church and possesses an attractive baroque facade on Corso Garibaldi.
Bella chiesa edificata alla fine del ‘500 e dedicata a San Nicola. Passò nel 1887 sotto il patrocinato del Principe Vincenzo Telesio il quale la dedicò alla Vergine Santissima del Rosario in ringraziamento per la guarigione della moglie, Beatrice Antonacci, rinnovandone l’arredo interno. Lo stemma del Principe si trova dipinto sul parapetto dell’organo ottocentesco. Il palazzo un tempo abitato dal Principe Telesio circonda la chiesa, con una bella facciata barocca su Corso Garibaldi.

Beautiful church built at the end of the 16th century and dedicated to San Nicola. It passed in 1887 under the patronage of Prince Vincenzo Telesio who dedicated it to the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary in thanksgiving for the healing of his wife, Beatrice Antonacci, renewing the internal furnishings.
