La Chiesa è stata edificata in stile Austriaco e ninaugurata nel 1862. La piazza fino al 2004 era adornata da Ippocastani secolari enormi . Ora è sede di un mercatino settimanale. Fontana pubblica ( Comune di Trieste), parcheggio biciclette e vari locali dove la gente si incontra. Ancient village (now district) of Roiano, where 5 rivers flowed together. In this district we spoke Triestino, Italian, Slovenian (upper part) and German. The Church was built in the Austrian style and was inaugurated in 1862. The square until 2004 was adorned with huge centuries-old horse chestnuts. Now it is home to a weekly flea market. Public fountain (Municipality of Trieste), bicycle parking and various places where people meet.

Von der Infrastruktur her kann man noch das ehemalige multikulturelle Dorf erkennen, wo im Zentrum die kleinen Kirche steht. Es handelt sich jetzt nicht um eine Sehenswürdigkeit per se, aber wer sich für das tägliche normale Leben in der Stadt interessiert ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Platz eignet sich auch gut für eine Kaffeepause oder einen Snack. Church and square in the nice little district of Roiano Trieste. From the infrastructure you can still see the former multicultural village, where the small church is located in the center. It is not a sight per se, but anyone interested in everyday life in the city is in good hands here. The place is also good for a coffee break or a snack.
