Stonano i pannelli fotovotaici a lato danneggiati e in apparente stato di abbandono. Suggestive place with excellent panorama. The church would have a better impact if it was painted white with lime. Verirren sich nicht viele hierher Old walls on the Monte Rosa. You could not go in there either. Outside not very well maintained. But what do you expect. Not many are lost here

Seguite le indicazioni per la chiesa. Silenzio totale e natura al 100%. Il panorama è bellissimo e da su Lipari, vulcano, Panarea e Stromboli. La chiesettA è chiusa ma si può sostare all’ombra per riposarsi. Portate una bottiglia di acqua soprattutto per l’andata. Il ritorno è più semplice da fare. Consigliamo di salire non oltre le 8.30 per il troppo caso nelle ore successive. Un tempo la croce era illuminata di notte da pannelli solari e visibile da Lipari città ma pare che i pannelli siano stati rubati. Ad ogni modo croce e chiesa sono piacevoli da ammirare di giorno dalla cima del monte Wonderful excursion to the top of Monte Rosa. 30 minutes walk from Pignataro port of Lipari.
