★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa dei santi Quirico e Giuditta a Ruballa è una deliziosa chiesa nella campagna intorno al paese di Osteria Nuova, completamente immersa nel verde sulla collina che conduce al Bigallo. L'edificio risale al Xiii secolo ed è stata ristrutturata esternamente nell'Ottocento. All'interno contiene anche caratteri tardo barocchi e varie opere d'arte, tra cui un crocifisso ligneo del Trecento e un dipinto a tempera e oro della bottega di Bernardo Daddi. Il paesaggio, bellissimo e immerso nel silenzio, offre uno splendido panorama del centro di Firenze.
The church of Saints Quirico and Giuditta in Ruballa is a delightful church in the countryside around the village of Osteria Nuova, completely surrounded by greenery on the hill leading to Bigallo. The building dates back to the 13th century and was renovated externally in the 19th century. Inside it also contains late Baroque characters and various works of art, including a wooden crucifix from the fourteenth century and a tempera and gold painting from the workshop of Bernardo Daddi. The landscape, beautiful and immersed in silence, offers a splendid panorama of the center of Florence.
