L’edificio romanico è costituito da un’aula piuttosto vasta sostenuta da contrafforti. Bella l’abside semicircolare, che all’esterno ingloba interessanti resti di plutei altomedievali provenienti dalla chiesa più antica. Notevole anche l’interno che accoglie i primi esempi della pittura trentina dell’XI secolo. La chiesa è impreziosita dalle testimonianze dell’iconografia gotica, rappresentata da un giudizio universale dipinto nel 1384 dal veronese Giuliano d’Avanzo. The church is located at the southern end of the town of Frapporta, one of the most evocative settlements in the Tennese area. The Romanesque building consists of a rather large hall supported by buttresses. Beautiful the semicircular apse, which on the outside incorporates interesting remains of early medieval plutei from the oldest church. Also noteworthy is the interior that houses the first examples of Trentino painting of the 11th century. The church is embellished with evidence of Gothic iconography, represented by a universal judgment painted in 1384 by the Veronese Giuliano d'Avanzo.
