★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ruderi che si vedono lungo la nuova variante che porta da Lovaria a Cividale, all'altezza di Orsaria, appartengono ad un'antica chiesetta votiva intitolata a San Giusto.
L'edificio, costruito nel XVII secolo, ha un'aula rettangolare con un'abside semicircolare ma ben poco resta in piedi.
Da notare il fatto che i muri dell'aula sono costruiti in sassi mentre l'abside è stata realizzata in pietre squadrate, più pregiate, che forse testimoniano un'aggiunta successiva.
È difficile trovare chiesette votive abbandonate e ridotte allo stato di ruderi come questa ma, forse per questo motivo, una visita vale la pena di farla.
The ruins that can be seen along the new variant that leads from Lovaria to Cividale, near Orsaria, belong to an ancient votive church dedicated to San Giusto.
The building, built in the seventeenth century, has a rectangular classroom with a semicircular apse but very little remains standing.
Note the fact that the walls of the classroom are built of stones while the apse was made of square stones, more valuable, which perhaps testify to a later addition.
It is difficult to find abandoned votive churches that have been reduced to ruins such as this one, but perhaps for this reason, a visit is worth making.
