★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la chiesta del mio paese di nascita, per essere una piccola Chiesa di paese è bella a mio parere, vale la pena una visitina se passate da queste parti. Inoltre Gropello è uno dei pochi posti che ha due chiese come rotonde una di fronte all'altra nella stessa strada
It is the request of my country of birth, to be a small country church it is beautiful in my opinion, it is worth a visit if you pass here. Furthermore Gropello is one of the few places that has two churches as rotunda facing each other in the same street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER GO THERE ! If you are a pilgrim looking to sleep at the parochia run the other way ! The lady at the bar is not only unfriendly but rude, you have to give her your donation before going to the accomodation (weird huh ?!), on which she comments...and then...I've never seen a place so filthy in my life! (And I walked the Camino de Santiago in both France and Spain). We were 4 pilgrims and we cleaned for an hour upon our arrival before even thinking of a shower. And I'm not even mentioning the bugs... And the lady even admitted that she doesn't change the sheets every day !!
This is the first time I ever commented on a place because I don't want another pilgrim to feel like we did... It's a shame !!
